General Responsibilities:

Deliver best in class customer service to all guests of the ballpark
Greet and direct ballpark guests, and answer questions about Wrigley Field
Resolve guest concerns and special requests in accordance with the handbook and training while upholding the "Wrigley Field Fan Code of Conduct"
Promote a safe and enjoyable experience by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, or medical situations
Use knowledge of Wrigley Field and Cubs history to engage fans and guests
Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed
